Monthly Profit Sharing
Ā· If the company goal is reached, profits are shared with team members. Payout is determined by wages worked during qualifying month

Ā· Annual bonus determined by ownership, based on profits for the fiscal year
Retirement Profit Sharing
Ā· Must be here for one year and have worked 1,000 hours
Ā· Must be 18 years of age
Ā· One-time, annual contribution to team member 401(k) account
Ā· At the discretion of the ownership
Seniority Bonuses
Ā· One-time, annual bonus based on full-time employment. Broken down at 3-9 years and 10+ years
