OAKWOOD, Ohio (April 7, 2023) - Cooper Farms marks the outset of their 85th anniversary with over $73,000 in
product donations in the local community. The company has donated more than 16,500 pounds of product and
54,000 eggs to local food banks since the start of 2023.
“It is important to us that we take care of our communities in any way that we can,” said Gary Cooper, Cooper
Farms COO. “It is meaningful to know that our products have helped contribute 60,000 meals to families in our
communities already this year.”
As a meat and egg company, Cooper Farms is keenly aware of the value of protein in the American diet, which is
why they are partners with the Ohio Association of Foodbanks.
“Ensuring that families have access to high-quality protein has always been part of our mission and we recognize
the role our company can play in carrying that out,” said Cooper. “We are proud to work with the Ohio Association
of Foodbanks because they allow us to provide valuable protein for families in the communities in which we live
and do business.”
For the Cooper family, it all comes down to giving back and being grateful for the communities and team members
that have supported them for the past 85 years.
“As we celebrate our 85th anniversary as a company, we want to express our gratitude for the people who have
helped us make it to this milestone and continue to give back in any way that we can,” said Cooper.
